Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or large-quantity orders may require additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Freight & Large Orders
For large or bulk orders, stone is shipped via freight. Our team will coordinate delivery logistics and provide a shipping quote before your order is finalized. Please contact us for bulk pricing and shipping estimates.
Returns & Refunds
Sample Sets
Sample sets are non-refundable as they are intended for evaluation purposes. If you receive a damaged sample set, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Full Orders
Due to the nature of natural stone products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective product
- Do not install or modify the stone before contacting us
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping for defective items is covered by StoneVault.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipment.
